Join FCC at the 26th Annual Trash Bash September 3

Join the Flatirons Climbing Council & Boulder OSMP to clean up Flagstaff Mountain at the 26th Annual Trash Bash!

We are seeking volunteers to help with picking-up trash in high traffic areas on Flagstaff Mountain. This is a fundraiser for the FCC, helping the climbing community add and maintain new routes, better trails and staging areas, stocking Wag Bags and more.

Volunteers will go all over Flagstaff Mountain to pick up litter in the parking lots, bouldering areas, overlooks and other popular destinations. OSMP and the FCC/BCC will coordinate volunteers, provide garbage bags, and needed information to participants.

Please bring your favorite clean up gloves!

After the cleanup, we will have a free dinner, entertainment, and a free items raffle for volunteers. The featured entertainment will be a slide show by local Flatirons scrambler and book author Simon Testa. Simon will provide his approach to scrambling in the Flatirons with tips on getting the most out of this unique and historic experience. People have been scrambling in the Flatirons since at least 1906!
