Mark Roth
FHRC Chairperson
I first came to Boulder around 1981 on a climbing trip with my father and I instantly fell in love with the Flatirons. I have lived in Boulder on and off since (earning a Geology degree from CU in ’96) and on a full time basis starting in the fall of ’07. I have been doing volunteer trail work every chance I get. Not long ago I was honored to join the FCC board and the FHRC. I hope my involvement in both contributes to preserving and improving the Flatiron climbing experience. My wife and I look forward to teaching our son how to climb and appreciate all that the Flatirons have to offer.
